Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent Deluxe XL | REVIEW VIDEO

Do you want to see how well the Pacific
breeze easy setup beach tent deluxe XL holds up in 15 mile-per-hour winds? Well
so did I, so I’ll be kicking off this review video by setting up this popular
beach tent on a windy day at the beach. Now the directions, which are
conveniently attached to the carry bag, recommend having two people set up this
beach tent one person should lift up the hub which is right here and another
person should extend and lock the two front legs which are right here but I’m
flying solo and to be honest locking these two front legs by myself in the
wind is a little bit awkward but it can be done. Just be careful not to pinch
your fingers on the locks. Now once the two front legs are locked,
all I have to do is stand behind the tent grab the two cords pull them up and
away from each other until the hub connects. And there it is. To keep the
beach tent from blowing into the ocean, I use the provided yellow stakes but they
were difficult to drive into the sand so I used the caveman approach. When I set
up this beach tent down the beach on softer sand, I filled the five outer side
pockets with sand which was perfect for anchoring down this tent. Now here the
wind is blowing right off the ocean into the beach tent and I have the window
shades raised up just to see how well it manages in these conditions and I must
say I was impressed. No matter the wind direction, the Pacific
Breeze beach tent always held up like a champ.
Now this tent is made from a breathable polyester material which provides UPF 50
plus sun protection that means that this Beach blocks more than 98% of the
sun’s harmful UV radiation. Now as far as size goes,
this beach tent is pretty roomy it measures 95 inches across in the front 52 inches
high and 51 inches deep. Plenty of room for two adults to kick back relax and
enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. Now before I show you an extra feature I
paid $10 for, I just wanted to show you how really easy it is to set up this
Pacific Breeze easy set up beach tent deluxe XL on a calm day with very
little wind now after using this beach tent on a windy weekend I inspected it
from top to bottom looking for any damage and I gotta tell you I couldn’t
find any wear or tear the legs the joints the mesh windows and the double
stitching all held up with flying colors. Now I paid ninety nine dollars and
ninety nine cents for this beach tent and I also paid an additional $10 for
the extendable floor and I think that ten dollars is completely worth it now
as you can see the extendable floor can be raised up and made into a door which
is great if I need to change into my beach gear guy outfit and of course the
window shades can be raised up easily enough for complete privacy.
Now both the floor and the extendable floor are made with a tough tarp like
material definitely makes a nice barrier between the moist Beach and inside the
tent. Now after using this tent a few different times, I did decide to unzip
the extendable floor from the tent just to make it easier to roll up now taking
down this beach tent is almost as easy as sitting it up first I just have to
untie the bow and then push down on the lower hub holes but when I do this I
want to keep my head far back because I don’t want to be the guy on the beach
known for getting knocked out by a beach tent okay I’m almost done here now I
just want to lower down the hub unlock the legs and fold in the poles. Now this beach tent is about six and a
half pounds it is 38 inches long when it’s all bagged up which is actually
pretty good considering the size of this tent. It’s very light very portable which
is always very nice. Now when it comes to this Pacific breeze easy setup beach
tent deluxe XL, I really have no complaints. It’s easy to set up. It’s easy
to take down. It’s roomy. It’s shady. It’s tough. I was
even able to set it up in the wind. I mean what’s not to love. So I’m gonna
wrap this video up. I hope you liked it. Please feel free to subscribe to my
beach chair guy channel and I hope you take it easy
on the beach.
